– EWSP senior management identifies skill and motivation levels required for candidacy.
– EWSP writes and posts job advertisements in relevant publication and sites.
– EWSP sources and screens resumes, narrowing down to the finalists.
– EWSP works between your organization and the candidate to set up interviews, testing, second level assessments, etc.
– EWSP recruiter conducts interviews on-site to determine skill fit and motivation level to succeed in the position. Client holds interviews to identify finalist, job offer(s) extended. |

All of the above services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, during the first 90 days, the candidate does not work out, we will replace that person at no additional cost.
