Q.Where are you located? What are your service areas?
A. Total HR, is headquartered in the Los Angeles, CA area and provides human resource solutions and services to small and mid market companies with employees across the country. In addition we have recently opened an office in New York state in order to better serve our east coast clientele.
Q. What type and size of companies do you usually work for?
A. Total HR's management team has years of HR experience working with both large and small companies, as well as for profit and non-profit organizations. Our commitment to quality and personalized service is second to none.
Q. Why Total HR? I don't know your company.
A. Total HR is focused on providing affordable HR solutions to small business owners with a management team that is committed to providing professional level HR services to its client base. Our management team belongs to several professional HR organizations including SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management), and PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association).
Q. I'm afraid it's too expensive. How much do you charge?
A. Many of our clients have discovered that consolidating the administrative services provided by multiple vendors with Total HR is a very economical way to meet their HR service needs. For most small businesses, outsourcing these activities is significantly less expensive then hiring a full time HR manager. Q. I already have an HR provider. What does your company offer that's different?
A. We may be able to provide a larger scope of human resource services for your company for the same investment you are making now. Many HR outsourcing providers do not provide services as personalized as those of Total HR. Many are primarily reactive, responding to problems; our services are more proactive, designed to help you prevent problems and create a high performance company culture.
Q. I'm a small business. What difference will your services really make?
A. You'd be surprised. We work exclusively with businesses that have 10 to 100 employees. No matter how small your business, there is an excellent chance that there are opportunities to improve your productivity and bottom line by outsourcing some, or all, of your HR functions.
